Does any one have ASSEMBLY CODE to interface GSM mode to AT89C51. If yes then please share it..

I assume that you want the device to be able to receive calls, but do you need it to also be able to initiate calls?

no no.. I just want to send a SMS to particular mobile number by using GSM modem.
Modem is sim 300.
