Good question, only truth when I asked him, was it not so in that fact!

Hehehe. But I thought that was already with you!

The glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

I think you forgot to put the link....

I can't see it either - edit: It will no longer appear. I even tried redoing the link.
I finally resorted to hosting it offsite, so it should appear for everyone now.
(someone should check on the forums ability to link pictures from your personal pictures here at this site.)

You are missing the point of this mental exercise.

No matter what is in the cup, it is always full of something.

either its water, air, or vacuum if in outer space. No matter the content or mix of content, it remains 'full' of that, or those substances. A play on the meaning of the words 'full of'

OK, "full of air and water" I'll accept.

But you need do some convincing if you want to propose a container is "full" of vacuum...

If not full of 'vacuum' when placed in outer space, then what would you describe the contents as? Perhaps you would say "nothing".

Then I propose the glass is FULL of nothing. :)

With the definition of "full of" being the crux of this tail chasing exercise.

Just a little fun with semantics and because I have an anti-authoritative tendency toward rebellion against all the popular trends.
