Generating a Surfc function in matlab

Dear everyone,

I am working on that project that needs to generate a surface plot in Matlab for the pixel values of A digital Image.
I have managed to generate the normal plot using plot(g ,h))
where g is the image and h is the increment

Would you please write to me how the surfc function would look like
