What is meant by asserted or active input/output state i.e active low/ high input/output.How it is determined that it is active low input/output.Is it determined by symbol or truth table.If table is showing mostly HIGHs output,then active high output?But then how for input,they Rsame combinations for all.
Plz answer ,I know it is simple,but dont know 'this simple',so plz answer.
