Hello, my CGHV1A250F needs 15A and 45V(pulsed), I have found a SQ3426EV N channel mosfet which data sheet shown below.
I need to bias two CGHV1A250F with SQ3426EV.
However as you can see below when i put 47V on the drain i get about 45.6V which is Ok.
I will put Vgs floating to about 5V to be in the saturation region so small changed in Vgs will not ruin the bias point.
A Ltspice simulation was built ,the two CGHV1A250F represented as 1.5 ohms.
As you can see below wen my voltage is drain 45 i get 30A.
Is there some tunable gate driver like UCC5304DWVR which will be supplied by DB02S4812A but i could tune its with some resistor?
