I would like to use IR2110 for driver mosfet in my mini SSTC tesla coil,Could you help me to know :
- how maximum frequency the chip IR2110
can working (driver)??

ton/off (typ.) = 120 & 94 ns
Delay Matching (IR2110) = 10 ns max.
So the pure working frequency about F=1/(120ns+94ns+10ns)=1/224ns=4.4643Mhz
But if we considering the working voltage and temperature, then the working frequency could be lower than 1Mhz, you can see the page 12,13,14.
