So the project I have is to make a power supply. The intented purpose is to have 220-240V AC at 50Hz dropped down to 120V AC at 50kHz to power the primary windings of 3 pulse transformers.
Getting the 120VAC should be easy but how do I go about increasing the frequency by 1000:1?
Any advice would be appreciated or an idea on where to read up on increasing frequency.

You need to make an Smps inverter, similar to an atx power supply,it converts dc to high frequency ac around 50 to 100khz,using a TL494 chip.
