Actually, it's only 'free' in the sense of 'free' health care. It may be free for you, but somebody is paying for it!

It's similarly 'free' in the sense of that TV you stole out of somebody's living room.

 

That was very close to my thoughts. Of course, they charge $5 for something they spent 25¢ on, but everyone needs to make a profit. If you enter a store like that you should know you're paying for the hype.
