Hi, i have an fpga development board which consist nios ii processor, i want to ask you, why should i use this processor? i can do everything through fpga using vhdl coding...

Reason for processor is not all designs can easily, efficiently, do everything in HW.

Like extensive data set analysis, with deep nested algorithms. Or implementing the
higher layers in OSI 7 layer com protocol.
