I think that the forum leaders are doing a hell of a job.
These 5 guys have to take care of over 30000 members.
There are of course the supermoderators and administrators to look afther the forum to keep it clean and reject the non wanted stuff.
Keep on doing it. I like this forum best as it is doing now.
