:) hello i'm a student and having a problem on how to build a fm receiver..can anybody give me any kind of idea,advise and solution because this problem related to my final year project..

i'm also need the instruction and component list on how to build this project because i will try to build on my own..i really need help from you guys..thank you..

thx for helping..but that page require me to buy their book or product..actually i want to build on my own..do u know the web that can give me manual n component list?

Well, then have a look at this page:

It's about constructing an FM receiver utilizing a TDA7000 IC and their variants.

Here's a different FM IC, the Atmel U4065B:

Those IC's will cut down considerably on the amount of time it'll take you to construct a receiver, but you should eventually consider building a receiver without the use of such highly integrated IC's.

actually i cannot use an ic..i must build it part by part..can any one help me by giving me actual circuit without using ic to build fm receiver..

A quick Google search using the terms "FM" and "receiver" yields several transistor-only (no IC) schematics.

Or are you required to use tubes?
