I made a fish tank light with two modes. The first being three blue LEDS that light up the tank and their intensity is controlled by a potentiometer. The second mode is a flashing sequence. I took three blue LEDS and fed them a triangle wave to look like they pulse in and out. I used Bill Marsden's example to get the LEDs to pulse so thank you Bill. While the three blue LEDS are off a white moon light LED comes on. I just used an op amp to get a 180 degree phase change for the white LED. This project has sat in limbo basically because it didn't meet the above requirements. If you want to resubmit this entry please rework the entry to meet the requirements, then drop one of the moderators a PM pointing to it. If it is acceptable a moderator can move it back to the Completed Projects forum and clean up notices and suggestions (making them invisible).

Specifically, you need to include plans and schematics.
