I purchased a nonworking Miller Spectrum 375 plasma cutter off craigslist. After taking it apart I found a blown transistor, however I do not know how to find the correct replacement part. I have a copy of the schematic. I am looking for the values of:

D13
Q6
D46

I have attached the schematic, the circuit is on page 2 (Pilot Control)
I am somewhat of an electronics rookie but have some basic knowledge.

The D46 IN4746 is an 18V 1Watt zenner diode. Q6 is an IGBT but the number on the circuit doesnt come up & neither does D13 09249X. Pity there isnt more to read on the Q6 in the picture.

 

Well, I see a "G4P" on Q6, but the rest seems obliterated by the crater.
International Rectifiers' site lists 66 parts with IRG4P in the part number, 51 of which are active:
