Hi all,

I'm searching for a specific NMOS transistor that has ron= from 8Ohm to 12Ohm when he has applied Vgs= from 3.3V to 3.9V and the Id that flows trough it is 60mA to 90mA.

Pleas if any who noes one like this post a link, I am searching for it for 3 days.

That is an unusually high resistance. Why do you need that?

 

If you require such a high ON resistance simply put a resistor in series with the transistor.
