I have a set of ground rods east of my energizer and a set west of the energizer. Any difference in efficiency, stray voltage, etc. between having all ground rods connected to each other and then having one line to the ground screw of the energizer Vs. having one line back to the energizer ground from the east set of rods and a second line back to the energizer from the west set of rods?

Keep in mind, it is a jolt, not lethal current, you want. Unless your ground is dry sand anything else will work.

IMO, it doesn't matter either way.
