    Hi there,

Considering simple a pair of current mirror as shown, diode-connected mos slews when biasing current is nearly zero, which is problematic for me.
I want to mirror dynamically changing current to pmos. I can use pmos mirror structure simply, but it has the problem described above. Does anybody has any idea to work around this by using amp or buffer?

Note that offsetting biasing current is not option since Vgs has already reached to its stable limit when biasing current is at maximum.

    Thanks in advance.
