Exitations equations and state-diagram

Hello

A Curciut with two D-flipflops...

I have to equations:

1) D1 = Q1 + X'Q2
2) D2 = X' Q1 + X' Q2

and an output equation:

Z' = X Q1 Q2' + X' Q1 Q2

And I have to draw the state diagram for these equations, but first, how do I make the transition/state tabel?
