excess/ Offset binary

Hello
I have searched alot about Offset Binary but I did not find a good explanation about it.

Q: If A=138, B= -24
show the format in 8 bit presicion:
- Integer in Offset Binary with Bias=127.

I really do not know who to solve these two numbers.

that would be great if someone can help me.
