Does anyone have experience with ESD floor paint/coating or floor mats.?

Floor mats made of conductive rubber or vinyl would be easier to install but I wonder about their durability when stressing it with one of those rolling office chairs.

It would be for my basement electronics workspace. Yes I use it very frequently so I guess it's worth it.

At our company they installed some kind of painting or coating and it's apparently very durable.

If you prefer regular carpet, you can get carpet spray for ESD.
