The ZTX458/558 form complementary transistors rated at 400 volts. If you need this your alternative choices are rather limited.

For slightly less try the MPSA45/94.
Ratings are

ZTX
Vce =400
Ic=1000mA
P=1000mW

MPSA
Vce =400 for MPSA94, 350 for MPSA45
Ic=300mA
P=625mW
