i have designed a simple traffic signal system using gates. i am interested to allow an ambulance to cross the signal even it is red i-e in case if it faces the red signal it should convert it green and convert others into red. i have alredy made the logic for it but in case if two vehicles comes what should i do .; in case if i use priority encoder then what happen if a vehicles comes on low priority signal earlier and other vehicles comes later on high priority signal what would happens that vehicle will wait there . i want a constant non stop flow of emergency vehicles at traffic signals please reply at

This has been around for sometime, think it's been replaced with another system, which can't be so easily abused...
