How do I go about analyzing the circuitry of a digital camera? I'm not able to find out what each component does. Also i'm not finding any match for the datasheets of the ICs in the circuit. The camera is D-link DSC-350F

That is because the camera is not constructed from generally available parts with published datasheets. Oh no, it is constructed from proprietary custom chips for which no datasheets will ever see the light of day. You might just as well ask the NSA to open source their software.

Go to China

They seem to be able to get all kinds of top secret manufacturing data like that. Of course, Taiwan is full of industrial spies, which explains most of the problem.
