I currently have 2 schematics apps for electrical and electronics subjects( P&SPICE, Croc Tech).
I also has the MathCAD for easier and fast computations.
I had read so much about this Electronic Workbench apps which offer easier schematic diagraming and various anaylis...
Where can I download this software for free?

This may be why you're having a hard time finding it - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronics_Workbench. It does not appear to be freeware.
