Hi every body,
I work with electronic test set to fix my PCB cards faulty.This test set has max. speed of 15mhz.the question i want to ask is what this speed imply??????,and also,is this test set has the ability to test PCBs which used for RF transimission in a good manner or not???????

Most likely, it means that the fastest logic clock signal runs at 15 MHz.

Working with RF generally means having controlled impedances and resonant circuits with the means of adjusting (tuning) them. A logic tester will not have this ability. It will not be suited for RF work at all.
