Are there any website or job providers from which we can get assignments or participate in competition to work in electronics like designing circuit ,drawing schematic diagram from PDF, or PCB layout creation...
so that we can make money Online by working on assignments or participating in competitions....

As the owner of a business I can state without too much fear of contradiction that judging the results would be more work than getting the work done. I would certainly never shop work in this fashion.
