The room-temperature electrical conduuctivity of a silicon specimen isn 500(Omega-m)^-1. The hole concentration is known to be 2.0E22 m^-3. Ele electron and hole mobilities are 0.14 and 0.05 m^2/V-s, respectively. What is the electron concentration?

(Answer: 2.97E20/m^3)

Which equation should I use?
