hello , i am new to this forum and new to electronics and just started electronics engineering. I want to make an electronic timer that will start at 9am and will automatically shut down at 5pm. Is it possible for a beginner like me.
If yes please guide me how to do it

yes i want it to repeat everyday. Accurate.....it should work according to the time i need

i can do soldering , make the circuit which someone can provide me with details of the equipments used. But i can't do any kind of programming
