I will like to have some useful and technical information on my Project Title: EFFECTS OF INCREASING REACTIVE POWER CONSUMPTION(e.g. Compact fluorescent lamps and other energy-saving bulbs) ON LOAD DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND TRANSMISSION LINES. Thanks and God bless you.

 

One problem that I can think of is for the same active power their rating for current handling must increase with increase in reactive power.
