What software illustrates discontinuity by means of a graphical illustration?

The only graph drawing tool I use is Edexcel, but, it makes every graph continuous for all real values of the domain?

After a review of my thread I think it lacked clarity by way of an example.

If one produces a basic Hyperbola \( \frac{1}{x} \), Edexcel will make it continuous through the origin?
