Eddy current again

    Does a pulsing DC voltage (square wave referenced to "0") make eddy currents like AC? This is in an electromagnet coil.

    Yes. Any time there is a time-dependent variation in a coils magnetic field there will be eddy currents generated in the core if it is electrically conductive.
