I have a project I have going on atm

I am tryig to build an ecg circuit but stuck

I have a instrumentation amplifier ad624-ad

from my knowledge gain=vout/vin

or gain voltage = 2log(vout/vin)

now with my amplifier i tink my vin is the difference between the two inputs????

is that right
