Depends, maybe, if you aren't too finicky about waveforms. I suspect it is pretty important, but maybe not.

 

If you have PC running windows XP or higher. I can make a app for you using the sound card. But you must be able to download a 25 Mbyte runtime engine (free) A sound card is not so good for lower frequencies. So the ECG wave will not be optimal. But I leave it to you to decide.
If you are a Labview user I can send you the source code.
