I need to design a metal stamping transformer with E-I lamination. Anybody knows the calculation on how to determine the no. of turns, core dimension, wire size selection, stacking depth and bobbin size?

Attached is the excel spreadsheet that i created to design the transformer. After checking using a actual transformer property, the spreadsheet did not match the actual property. Can any one help me to check what went wrong with it?
