1. Explain the function of a Dynamometer type single phase Power Factor Indicator

and

2. A digital multimeter has an accuracy specified as ± 0.5% of reading ± 1 d. The meter indicates 5.432 V. Calculate the possible upper and lower limits for the measured voltage.

This type of meter is more properly called an electrodynamometer type meter.
