Hello,
While doing frequency scaling in processors there is need to change the operating voltage also. Say for example if the frequency is increased from 300MHz to 600Mhz then the supply voltage is also required to be increased from say 1.1V to 1.2V. Can any one explain me the need for increase in operating voltage?
