the driver depends on the type of signal used to drive the FET for a typical level.

Give the drive signal specs

But a short answer is that a low value R in the range from 10 to 47 ohm at the gate is sufficient for any drive requirements

 

You really need to describe your application better.
Is this going to be used as a low-side switch? Or are you going to build an H-bridge? Something completely different?

What will be the source voltage and current that you will be switching?

 

I ran across this a couple of years ago. No idea if it will work for you.
