Dont know how this graph from the oscilloscope is scaled

I do not know how this is scaled. The circuit is a forward biased diode with a resistor in series, hooked up to a voltage source of a sin wave with the voltage peak at 1.3v. The graph is the voltage across the resistor with respect to the diode.

It's impossible to tell. The color coding implies that the vertical amplifier's gain is at 200 mV per division, but you don't know if the input is being attenuated through a probe or not. The best you can probably do is assume it's 200 mV per division and be cognizant that you might be off by a factor of 10.
