Does my simulation program err?

I was investigating this URL: http://sub.allaboutcircuits.com/images/03249.png

I think that according to the previous picture my simulation software gives wrong answers if you look at the attachment. I think that electrons doesn't go through D1, so voltage drop for D1 is 5V and there is no voltage and current left for R1, D2 and D3. Thus, my simulation software shows voltage and current through R1 and even D3 is lit. Do I misunderstand the priciples of diodes or is my software really incorrect?

totalnewbie,

Which shows a forward and reverse biased diode.

What simulation software? What answers are you looking for?

You have two reverse-biased diodes in a series circuit. Only a very small reverse-bias current will exist unless reverse-voltage breakdown occurs. It will not be enough to light a diode.
