Does anyone know where i can find the datasheet of this BMS (Battery Management System)? Im losing my mind looking for it

That part number(?), 1-102-03020-24M, doesn’t appear in any search results as a BMS so it is unlikely that without more information than is in that photo you will find any documentation by searching.
Your only, very slim, hope is that someone will recognize it and know where the documentation is.
Separately, why do you need the documentation? It seems that BMSs with the specs listed on the device are readily available and quite inexpensive.

The product shown in your photo does not look the same. But the specs look quite similar to this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2251800678827846.html?gatewayAdapt=4itemAdapt The product's description includes specifications and dimension diagram.

If the heatsink can be removed, you may find a bunch of common chips in there like the HY2213.
