Has someone information about DMC-50640N LCD, made by Optrex? I can't find any information neither in google, nor in manufacturers web page. Is it compatible wih Hitachi HD44780 LCD?

Try E91964. There are a lot more hits on google for that.

 

I have searched in Google and Bing like you suggested, but found nothing useful.

 

Did you pull this out of another device? It may be a special serial for a particular manufacturer.
