I'm currently trying to build a projector, but I don't know where to start (As in the electronics section). How would i connect everything together? Here are the items I will be using:

Lcd Screen: 12V, 0.25A
Fan #1: 12V, 0.11A
Fan #2: 12V, 0.11A
(I might add 2 more fans)
LED Chip: 16V, 30W, 1.8 A (Taking in consideration there's a driver that came with it)

My idea was to use a 12V, 2A regulated adapter for the fans and lcd. Then run the LED Chip on its own power source. But is there a way to connect everything together so it will be powered through 1 plug?

If both power supplies are line operate, plug into a switched power strip.
If that does not work, power a relay with one supply to switch power to the other.

so the output from your LED driver is 33-35V, most voltage regs can only take about 24V without getting to hot.
think the easiest way will be to use a of the shelf SMPS, kinda like the ones you find in PCs, that will give out the 12V you need, the inputs of the LED driver and SMPS can be tied together with no real issues giving you just the one plug
