hi what are the intenal registers and bases of Direct Memory Access Controller(DMAC).n what are their functions ?

Here is link to the wikipedia section on the topic of DMA. A DMA controller is a device which manages the complex dance between the CPU and the memory that is the target of the direct memory access (DMA).
