You're not making any sense. All three of your images are of the same circuit (or, if there is a difference, I'm looking right past it). One of them then has an answer. Why would the answer for the others be any different?

 

The initial Q output for each flip flop is 1, according to your instructions. This is prior to the first clock pulse.

Now, are you using positive or negative edge triggering J/K Flip flops?
