Dear Friend,

I just bought a digital timer and looking for the advice for how to wire it.

I have connection wires in point 1-live and 2-nutral.

now the problem is how to connected device or light with given connection 3(NC)-4()-5(NO).

i am very new to all this, pl. advice.

The timer does not supply power to the terminals 3,4,5. They are merely a switch where 4 is the center point and it connects to either 3 or 5. You must supply the power and the load. The timer is merely a switch.

I don't think so. You have a drawing of an independent power supply and then connected a load to the power line neutral.

I see. Those boxes called, "Normally open" and, "Normally close" are loads in the original drawing. You have decided to ignore both the original instructions and my drawing. Pick one and wire it that way.

I hope I am correct now. find image below. thanks for the support.

In this circuit (5) will be always live when my light is off. It will lit when I test with tester screw driver. and I do not need any wire to connect there right?

That drawing will keep the light on all the time unless something happens in the timer to turn it off.
