Hi,

I've came to some websites mentioning that i can create A DSO using a usb sound card - or any sound card but preferably usb to protect my motherboard sound card- However they all talk about building a protective circuit and special probes, but i can't find a good tutorial for this.

anyone can provide me with a link to a tutorial of such probes?

 

Why do you want to use a usb sound card to make an oscilloscope? Much better to buy a USB oscilloscope adapter.

 

They are quite Expensive for me now, i'm just rying to build this for using with a measurements class in School we work around 10KHz so that setup would be fine for me.
