and change the design statement to --- If there is one or two non-adjacent F-16s in the bunker, then the green and blue light should be illuminated.

Im completely lost. Don't know what to do.

 

You are told that a sensor is giving you a "low", logic 0 if there is an F-16 in a bunker. Look up logic truth tables ( AND, and OR gates) and compare how their outputs change when different combos of 1's and zero's are received.

Hint: inverting gates(NAND, and NOR) and inverting buffers can change 0's to 1's
