i have 8 bits 0-255 in binary coming out of the ADC i will need to use this to display on 2 7 segment LED displays. what is the best way to go about minimising the logic and making a logic circuit.please help

 

Is the output straight binary or BCD. If BCD use a 4511 or 2 ea., BCD to 7 seg. Drop low order bits or add another display. Poor alternate: Use octal display with straight binary, still need 3 displays for 512 bit resilution.
