Does anyone know of any software that can convert a truth table into a function?

 

No need for software you can do it by inspection. For each one in the output column there is one and only one product term. You write the variable name for a 1 and the complement of the variable name for a 0. That gets you the SOP form. If you want the POS form you use the zeros to write "sum" terms and combine them with an and function.

Cute, but would you actually need to use this once you understand what is going on?
