I am lookingg for a digital potentiometer with a external 10 v source that will be the master feeding 4 slave digipots that can also be individualy controled via up/down push buttons

 

Can you please elaborate in a bit more detail? It is not clear what you are trying to do.

 

with a 10vdc sypply i want to control it from 0 - 10 vdc as a master digipot that feeds 4 individual digipots that control 4 sepatate vsd motor drives.
Setting the master to eg, 5 volts none of the slaves can go higher than 5 volts> once syncro speed on all 4 drives are set up the master then control speed of all 4 drives

 

How much current does one motor require?
What is the operating voltage range of each motor?
What is the model number of the motor?

No digipot will have the current capability to drive your motor.
