what is difference betwen maximum output swing and maximum differential output swing??

I dunno, I would guess "output swing" is measured from some point called "output" and ground, while "differential output swing" is measured between two points labeled "output" in some fashion.

I would expect the two points in the latter definition to be the inverse of the other, possible with or without some DC offset.

Other then that, the questions are pretty meaningless without a context.

Context is everything!

What is a differential output? It is TWO outputs out-of-phase so their differential output voltage swing is double the swing of a single output.
